Dr. Julien Le Kernec

Julien Le Kernec received his B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees in electronic engineering from the Cork Institute of Technology, Ireland, respectively, in 2004 and 2006, respectively, his Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from University Pierre and Marie Curie, France, in 2011, and his "Habilitation a Diriger des Recherches" from University Cergy-Pontoise, France, in 2022. He held a product manager position with the Kuang-Chi Institute of Advanced Technology, Shenzhen, China, from 2011 to 2012. He was a Lecturer with the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, The University of Nottingham Ningbo China, from 2012 to 2016.

He is currently a Senior Lecturer with the School of Engineering in the Autonomous Systems & Connectivity Group, University of Glasgow. He is also an adjunct associate professor in University Cergy-Pontoise in France in the ETIS (Information and Signal Processing group). His research interests include radar system design, software defined radio/radar, signal processing, and health applications.

Dr. Jaroslav Frnda

Dr. Ram Bilas Pachori

Ram Bilas Pachori (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree (Hons.) in electronics and communication engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Technological University, Bhopal, India, in 2001, and the M.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from IIT Kanpur, Kanpur, India, in 2003 and 2008, respectively,He was a Post-Doctoral Fellow with the Charles Delaunay Institute, University of Technology of Troyes, Troyes, France, from 2007 to 2008, and an Assistant Professor with the Communication Research Center, International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad, India, from 2008 to 2009.

He served as an Assistant Professor from 2009 to 2013 and an Associate Professor from 2013 to 2017 with the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Indore, Indore, India, where he has been a Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering since 2017 and is also currently associated with the Center for Advanced Electronics.He served as a Visiting Professor with the Department of Computer Engineering, Modeling, Electronics and Systems Engineering, University of Calabria, Rende, Italy, in July 2023; the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, University of Malta, Msida, Malta, from June to July 2023; the Neural Dynamics of Visual Cognition Laboratory, Free University of Berlin, Berlin, Germany, from July to September 2022; and the School of Medicine, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, Taylor’s University, Subang Jaya, Malaysia, from 2018 to 2019.
